Through a combination of core-strengthening movements and stretching exercises, you'll improve balance, posture, and flexibility—all essential for successful and safe participation in bungee fitness classes. Bungee Toning Class: Sculpt, Strengthen, and Build Muscle with Resistance!

Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Our Bungee Toning Class combines the fun of bungee fitness with added resistance training using light weights and resistance bands. This class focuses on building strength and muscle rather than just high-intensity cardio, giving you a more targeted approach to toning your body. You’ll work through choreographed routines designed to engage and challenge your muscles, all while keeping the workout low-impact and dynamic. Parent/Child Class (ages 11-5) (coming soon)

Parent/Child Bungee Class: Fun Fitness for Both You and Your Little One!

Looking for a way to get active with your child while having fun? Our Parent/Child Bungee Class is designed for kids ages 5-11 (minimum 40 lbs) and their parent or guardian to participate together in a unique bungee fitness experience. In this class, you and your child will both be in a bungee, following the instructor's cues to engage in playful movements. As a parent or guardian, you'll assist your child while ensuring they stay engaged and safe. Completion of the Fundamental 1 class is required for parents/guardians prior to attending.

The music in this class is kid-friendly and appropriate, with a fun, energetic vibe that encourages both silliness and focus. While we can be a little goofy and have fun, it’s important to follow instructions to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone. This class is not only about bonding and getting active, but also about engaging younger children in fitness, and helping us determine interest in future child-only bungee fitness classes. Together, you and your child will soar, bounce, and build strength while having a blast!
